Mike is the Group CEO and founder of Right Choice Insurance Brokers (RCIB), he built the business from a standing start in 2008, growing it to over £100m GWP, culminating in investment from Private Equity investment firm LDC. He has led the business through its evolution into part of a much larger & more diverse group, employing over 600 people, servicing over 500,000 customers each year.
During Mike's three decades in the industry, he has held the roles of Group Schemes Underwriter, Chief Underwriting Officer, Managing Director, Chief Executive & Group CEO. He is also a contributor on the Bank Of England Decision Maker Panel.
