James is an experienced senior finance professional, with a strong background in on commercial finance, business strategy, cash management and driving P&L growth.
He began his career at Lloyd Latchford Group and became Finance Director in 2018. James was appointed Head of Finance and Commercial Lead at Markerstudy in 2023, further strengthening his commercial and strategic skills. He joined Lucida as CFO in December 2025.
