James is an experienced senior finance professional, with a strong background in commercial finance, business strategy, cash management and driving P&L growth.
He joined the Group in 2025, bringing 16 years of experience in the automotive insurance industry, having held leadership roles across Lloyd Latchford Group, Atlanta Group and Markerstudy Distribution.
