Having worked in the insurance industry for nearly three decades, Matthew brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Group.

He has held leadership roles within the BGL Group as well as banks and life insurance companies and he has set about building a strong team with the depth, knowledge and capability required for the next stage of the Group’s development.
