Nicola added “I have been an advocate of the Broker channel for many years, and long admired the business that Mike has built. I am excited to join Matthew and the team to drive continued growth within the Group and RCIB particularly. Having worked with Mike in my insurer capacity over many years, it is an honour to pick up the reins from him for the next chapter of RCIB’s success.”
